An Italian Restaurant offering an excellent early evening meal.
Mona Lisa is located on D'Olier Street, in the city centre of Dublin. Directly opposite Trinity College, this Dublin restaurant has a spacious and modern layout over two levels blending subtly intimate dining areas with large party dining.
Mona Lisa's most outstanding feature is the Early Evening Menu. Every evening between 4pm-6.30pm, pasta and pizza are half price. What's even more alluring about this offer is that the full evening menu of pastas and pizzas is on offer at half price. There is a wide selection of pizzas from a simple Sweet Margharita to a Quattro Stagioni to choose from and equally there are ten tasty pasta dishes available.
The pizzas are made with a lovely thin base and are topped with real mozzarella and tomatoes. I chose the Greca Pizza served with feta cheese, peppers, olives and sundried tomatoes. My friend picked Pizza La Luna with sweetcorn, spring onion and Cajun chicken. We also ordered a side portion of garlic bread and fries which was also on special offer at €1.99 each. The grand total of this delicious and filling Italian meal was €17.00.
Mona Lisa serves a Lunch & Brunch Menu with Starters, Salads, Main Courses and Wraps. The Dessert Menu is small offering five different sweets and there's also a choice of five different types of Movenpick Ice Cream. There is a special Barista section serving coffees and liquers and beer and there is also a good choice of Italian Red and White wines.
